Dr. Jamal-Harrison Bryant is a civil rights activist, community organizer, pastor, and entrepreneur dedicated to advancing social justice and Black economic empowerment. Before entering full-time pastoral leadership, he served as the National Youth and College Director of the NAACP, mobilizing tens of thousands of young people worldwide in nonviolent advocacy and civic engagement. He is the Founder and CEO of Bullseye Black Market, a platform created to elevate Black-owned businesses, circulate Black dollars, and strengthen the Black economy through intentional community support. Dr. Bryant launched the market as a direct response to economic inequity, using commerce as a tool for ownership, sustainability, and collective progress. Dr. Bryant currently serves as the Senior Pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Stonecrest, Georgia, where his leadership focuses on faith-driven action, economic empowerment, and community transformation—bridging activism, entrepreneurship, and ministry to create lasting impact.
