A curated marketplace celebrating Black-owned businesses from Atlanta and beyond, hosted in partnership with New Birth Missionary Baptist Church and supported by Dr. Jamal Bryant and Dr. Karri Bryant. Large crowds are expected.
The event will be promoted through:
• Social media and paid Facebook/Instagram ads
• Church announcements and communications
• On-campus signage
• Billboards and radio advertising
• Community calendars and local listings
Marketing will increase as the event approaches, with the strongest push during the final two weeks. Vendors are responsible for promoting their own booths to their audiences.
Vendor Booth Pricing
• 10’ x 20’ Corner Booth – $1,050 (Sold Out)
• 10’ x 20’ Standard Booth – $990 (Sold Out)
• 10’ x 10’ Corner Booth – $595
• 10’ x 10’ Standard Booth – $490
• Authors / Informational Booth – $300
• Food Vendors / Food Trucks – $525
Booths are assigned first-come, first-served after payment and required documentation are received.
Shoppers receive a Bullseye Passport, visit vendor booths to collect stamps, and redeem completed Passports for a spin on the Prize Wheel. Vendors may donate branded items for giveaways. Prize Wheel items are available while supplies last.
All vendor payments must be made through the official New Birth website: newbirth.org(http://newbirth.org)
Do not send payment through third-party links or individuals.
No. All vendor payments are final and non-refundable, including cancellations and no-shows. If New Birth cancels the event due to circumstances within its control, vendors may reschedule for a future event. No refunds for force majeure.
Vendors must arrive during their assigned load-in window and may not load out during show hours. Booths must be left clean and empty at load-out. A cleaning fee may apply for trash left behind.
Vendors are responsible for processing all sales at their booth. Bullseye Black Market and New Birth do not handle payments or chargebacks.
Yes.
• Food vendors must have a valid food handler’s license or ServSafe certification.
• All vendors must carry general liability insurance.
• Non-food vendors are encouraged to purchase event insurance through Insurance Canopy.
Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
• Booth placement is determined by New Birth.
• Displays must be freestanding and remain within your assigned space.
• Do not attach items to venue walls, floors, or structures.
• Keep booths clean, organized, and aisles clear.
Yes. Event photos and videos may include vendor booths and may be used for future marketing and promotion.
